Auiator Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering on, or using the Auiator platform at auiator.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Auiator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Auiator, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football), card games (Teen Patti, Poker, Rummy), and any promotional or bonus programmes. All use of the Auiator platform is governed by these terms as well as any specific rules published for individual games or promotions, which supplement and should be read alongside these general terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Auiator platform. Auiator operates strictly as an adult gaming service. By registering, you represent and confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities in your jurisdiction.

Auiator reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be immediately suspended, any funds held in the account will be reviewed, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Additional Eligibility Conditions

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, either through Auiator or any equivalent scheme.
• You must not be opening an account on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an Auiator employee where that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must be the legitimate owner of the payment method used to fund your account.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the Auiator platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be confiscated.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested in the registration form. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Auiator will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or support channels. Account Verification (KYC)

Auiator may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification documents may include your CNIC, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed may have withdrawals held pending verification completion.

All transactions on the Auiator platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Auiator reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your own name.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited instantly. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on the sending institution.
• Auiator does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Auiator does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds received from third-party sources will be returned and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. Auiator reserves the right to request supporting documentation.
• Auiator reserves the right to impose a withdrawal review period if unusual account activity is detected.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Auiator offers various bonuses and promotional programmes from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament prize pool contributions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Each promotion will specify its eligibility criteria.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Stakes placed with bonus funds on games that are excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will not count towards rollover completion.
• Auiator reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through techniques such as low-risk or hedged betting designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds may result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

All bets and game rounds placed on the Auiator platform are governed by the rules of the specific sport, game, or event in question, as supplemented by Auiator's general platform rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or betting market before participating.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Auiator reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment, or voiding by the relevant sporting authority, bets will be settled according to Auiator's event-specific settlement rules.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules for each sport. Auiator reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
• Results and settlements are based on official match results from the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, the official result stands.

Card Games and Poker

• All card games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. The RNG is independently tested.
• Cash game and tournament poker tables are subject to the specific house rules published on the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live hand, Auiator will apply the disconnection policy stated in the game rules — typically treating the disconnected player as all-in for the amount already committed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Auiator platform. Players found engaging in these activities will have their accounts suspended, balances held, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform to conduct financial fraud, launder money, or process funds from illegal sources.
• Match Fixing and Cheating: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event or game on the platform through any means, including insider information or collusion with other parties.
• Poker Collusion: Sharing hole cards with other players, chip dumping, or engaging in any coordinated strategy designed to unfairly advantage a group of players at the expense of others.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other technical tool to play games, place bets, or otherwise interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to circumvent bonus wagering requirements through hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account play.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one player account, whether under your own identity or another.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after deposits have been made and used for gaming.
• Harassment: Using platform chat features or any communication channel to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or Auiator staff.

These tools are available at any time in your account settings and include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing problems in your daily life, you can request self-exclusion from the Auiator platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and, once applied, cannot be reversed for the period selected. Auiator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass KYC verification, engagement in prohibited activities, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held during the review period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account and balance will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully confiscated depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

You may close your Auiator account at any time by contacting support@auiator.ws. Prior to closing an account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirement completion on any active bonus balance.

All content on the Auiator platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the property of Auiator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Auiator content without our express written permission. This includes screenshotting or recording game outcomes and sharing them publicly in a manner that misrepresents the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auiator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from: gaming outcomes, technical failures or service interruptions, reliance on information published on the platform, or third-party payment processing delays.

Auiator does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. In the event of a platform error that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, Auiator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players, and shall not be liable for expected winnings from the voided transactions.

Nothing in these terms limits Auiator's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by Auiator is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the Auiator platform, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Auiator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — typically by email or in-platform notification — with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Continuing to use the Auiator platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent changes were made.
