Every piece of data Auiator collects is used for a specific, defined purpose. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy without first obtaining your explicit consent.
Your registration data — name, date of birth, mobile number — is used to create and maintain your Auiator account. Date of birth is used to confirm the 18+ age requirement at registration. Your mobile number is used for account authentication and critical account notifications such as login from a new device, password changes, and unusual activity alerts.
Payment data — wallet numbers, IBFT details, transaction records in PKR — is used solely to process deposits and withdrawals. Auiator maintains transaction records as required for financial compliance and to resolve any payment disputes. Full wallet or account numbers are stored in encrypted form and are never shown to internal staff beyond what is required to process a specific transaction.
Technical data including IP addresses, device fingerprints, and login patterns is used to detect and prevent fraud, account takeovers, and cheating on the platform. If your account is accessed from an unfamiliar device or location, Auiator may trigger a verification step to confirm it is genuinely you. This data is also used to enforce the one-account-per-person rule and to detect multi-accounting.
Activity data — session durations, deposit frequency, betting patterns — is monitored to identify signs that a player may be experiencing difficulties with gambling. Auiator uses this data to surface responsible gaming prompts, apply limits set by the player, and in cases of clear concern, to proactively contact a player or temporarily restrict account activity in their interest. This is not discretionary — Auiator is required to comply with these obligations regardless of any other data preference a player may express.

Auiator uses third-party technology service providers for platform hosting, security monitoring, and analytics. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering the specific service to Auiator.
Any third party that handles Auiator player data is contractually required to maintain security standards equivalent to those Auiator applies internally. We do not share data with parties that cannot demonstrate adequate data protection.
